1 | ripe banana |
4 | oz. pomegranate juice |
1/2 | cup blueberries, frozen |
1 | tbsp honey |
1 | cup nonfat yogurt |
Recipe Directions for Blueberry-Pomegranate Smoothie
- Peel banana and break into chunks.
- In a blender or food processor, combine banana, pomegranate juice, blueberries and honey. Process until mixture is smooth, 30-45 seconds.
- Add yogurt and process until thoroughly blended, about 20 more seconds.
- Pour smoothie into 2 tall glasses and serve at once.
